I'm driven by a simple idea: doing careful work that scales into real-world impact. My interests sit at the intersection of biomedical science, systems, and execution. In the lab, I've worked across DNA extraction, PCR amplification, gel electrophoresis, and experimental documentation. These techniques taught me what it means to build something not just interesting, but reliable and reproducible.
Beyond the bench, I've built and led projects that depend on clear processes, strong execution, and attention to detail. I designed and scaled a BCLS training programme that reached 2,000+ people across hospitals, universities, and public institutions, earning a Community Empowerment Award in 2023. I've directed operations for a 400-delegate multinational conference, led a multi-month migrant worker awareness campaign, written analytical pieces read by 8,500+ people annually, and worked in a legal internship focused on research, documentation, and regulatory analysis.
These experiences shaped how I work: think rigorously, execute carefully, build systems that hold up outside ideal conditions.
Right now, I'm focused on growing in biomedical research and lab environments where I can deepen technical skills and contribute to work that moves science forward. Long term, I want to work on turning good science into real, scalable solutions, whether through research, translational work, or building the processes that make both reliable.

Lead Organiser: Migrant Worker Awareness Campaign
50+ hours volunteering directly with It's Raining Raincoats. Organised a four-month donation drive collecting 1,800+ items across five categories. Currently building a website to help migrant workers understand their legal rights.
Director of Operations: CENTMUN 2024
Chief of operations for a 400-delegate, seven-school international Model UN conference. Registration, room management, transport, tech, catering, security, and incident response. Led 70+ volunteers. Ran tabletop simulations of failure scenarios weeks before the event.
Research Intern: Molecular Biology Lab
DNA extraction and purification, PCR amplification, agarose gel electrophoresis. Full responsibility for sample preparation, protocol execution, and documentation. Used R for statistical analysis and data visualisation.
Clinical Shadowing: GS University Hospital
Embedded in cardiology, general medicine, and emergency departments. Observed protocol-driven triage, ECG interpretation, haematology review, and real-time clinical decision-making. Contributed to weekly morbidity and mortality rounds.
Legal Intern: Property & Commercial Law
Case law and statute research, memo drafting, contract and evidentiary review, court attendance. Property and commercial law practice in New Delhi.
